At Revelation Lingerie we are trying out best to offer the best deal for our customer – that means both Free Delivery & Free Returns in the UK.

Unfortunately we are still working on shipping internationally, but we hope to be able to launch this option in the future.


All items will be shipped within 3 days of order by Royal Mail.  Orders totalling over £20 in value will be posted 1st Class Recorded Delivery, orders under this value will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class post.  You will receive an email with your tracking number on the day of dispatch.  During public holidays delivery will take longer due to Post Office and Royal Mail closures.

We are unable to provide any alternative delivery methods at this time.

If you do not receive your parcel within 15 days (as stipulated by Royal Mail) please contact us by email, stating your order number, and we will investigate further for you.


You have a legal right to cancel your order from the time it is placed to 14 days after you receive the goods.

If the cancellation is received before your goods are dispatched an immediate refund will be issued.
If the cancellation is received after the goods have been sent, please follow the returns procedure below.


All goods should be returned in the condition they were sold in, including tags and the original packaging. If your goods arrive damaged then you must contact us immediately with photographs showing this damage.

Free returns are only available to orders posted to a UK address, excluding Parcel Motel or similar on-shipping organisation.

We are able to provide restricted free returns under the following terms:
1.  Should you wish to return your items, a returns request must be submitted by email to within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
2.  If the reason for returns is cancellation or a faulty product, please state that on the initial email.
3.  On receipt of the form please arrange for a return by 2nd class Royal Mail delivery (or equivalent) within 14 calendar days, we will include this value with your refund. We are only able to refund one return per customer per order and within a 14 day period – any additional returns will be at your own cost. We will only refund up to the cost of 2nd Class Royal Mail postage up to the postage type we dispatched under (e.g. if we dispatched as a large letter and you return as a small parcel we will only be able to refund the 2nd class large letter amount).  If you wish to use another method we will not refund any difference in postage costs.  We recommend that you keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund.
Orders received after 14 days from us issuing the form will be refunded at discretion of the Revelation Lingerie team.  Postage on late received orders will not be refunded unless it is found that Royal Mail is at fault.
4.  Once the goods are received we will process your refund within 14 days, however an administration cost may be deducted in the following circumstances:
a.  All items must be received back in a saleable condition – any damaged products will not be refunded, but the customer can request they are returned back to them at their expense.
b.  We will only refund the goods sent back in any parcel – if this doesn’t match the returns form, then the items physically received will be used to calculate the refund due.
c.  Refunds are at the discretion of the Revelation Lingerie team.


Lost Items

Any items lost by Royal Mail on outward dispatch will be either refunded or resent (where possible) after the 15 day delivery period.  You must contact us to request this.

We are not responsible for the goods on their return until they reach us so please use a recorded delivery method (does not apply to orders under £10, please see point 3 above).
